Return Policy

Can I return items?

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, we ask that you contact us to discuss the problem. At our sole discretion but in most cases we will be happy to exchange the item for an alternative product or refund you the cost of the item. Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt for payment on delivery items or 40 days from dispatch time for payment by credit card or bank deposit. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with any labels & tags still attached.
It is at our sole discretion to accept a late return of goods, in which case we may charge a fee of 5.90 Euros to cover our own processing costs.

A return address will be given upon request.

The postage costs for returns are to be paid by the customer.


How are returns reimbursed?

Reimbursement depends on how you paid for your order:

  • credit/debit card payments will be reimbursed to your card where possible
  • Bank Account payments will be refunded to your account
  • For payments made on delivery - details of a bank account must be provided so we can make a deposit

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return. If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.
